lovely locationhill road
the location was indeed lovely, near shops and restaurants on hill road. it was convenient for exploring the area, including clevedon prom and pier.
i found one staff member was not as friendly as the others.

The location offers a great proximity to local attractions. The building IS attractive. Breakfast was good and the room included a warm atmosphere.
The room did not match my expectation. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. I found one crack along one wall, it looked suspicious.

I had a lovely room. It overlooked the sea! breakfast was amazing. i have stayed many times. I will return again. the hotel provided excellent service.
the staff, apart from reception, seemed uninterested in conversation and lacked warmth.
